Welcome!

Hi, I’m an artist, illustrator and designer.  I’m also a father, husband and lover of art and illustration of all kinds.

I have a BFA in Graphic Design, and Illustration.  Drawing cartoons and silly pictures is something I’ve done all my life.  Whether doodling in notebooks way back in school, creating comic strips in my college papers, or working on projects with family and friends, I always knew drawing and creating art was something I’d do forever. 

I had a dream to become a full-time graphic designer, or storyboard artist for a major company, but sometimes dreams that seem so easy just don’t happen. I’ve always been an optimist, so when the proverbial “life happens” happened to me I just figured I’d get around to getting back to my dream eventually… someday. Unfortunately being a procrastinator and an optimist is not a good combination.  It’s a long story, but the one thing I did learn through life experience, and time is that giving up is not an option. 

Years ago I started following many artists who’s work I admired.  Then I got a spark when I started doing the Inktober challenge.  My love of drawing rose to the surface once again.  Not just my love of drawing but an internal need to create was renewed.  As a long time survivor of the retail industry, and now currently working in manufacturing, multitasking has become my friend.  I’ve learned alot from my experiences and I know I will keep learning, forever. 

​In the last few years I’ve illustrated two ‘self published’ Children’s Books.  I also have personal projects in the works that I can’t wait to share with the world.  Getting things done and moving forward is my plan.  Please feel free to follow me on social media to see what I’m doing or to just say “hey”.
